 Unable to synchronize account error on NotifySync client
Article The following NotifySync issue has recently been reported (starting in March 2010).


Issue:
Without any changes made from the user, the NotifySync client suddenly throws the error:

Unable to synchronize account XXXX

Detail:
net.rim.device.cldc.io.ippp.SocketBaseIOException: connexion refused
RetriviedThreadRun

This is a known issue only for European BlackBerry users, using NS version 4.6.x.

Solution:
NotifyCorp is currently determinig the cause of this issue.

Workaround:
An upgrade to NS version 4.7.x solves this issue.
