 Unable to synchronize account error within NotifyLink client
Article The following NL issue on BlackBerry devices has recently been reported (starting in March 2010).


Issue:
Without any changes made from the user, the NotifyLink BlackBerry client suddenly throws the error:

Unable to synchronize account XXXX

Detail:
net.rim.device.cldc.io.ippp.SocketBaseIOException: connexion refused
RetriviedThreadRun

This is a known issue only for European BlackBerry users, using NS version < 4.6.10

Solution:
NotifyCorp is currently determinig the cause of this issue.

Workaround:
An upgrade to NL client version 4.6.10 or greater solves this issue.
